The Senior IT Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and executing complex technology projects within the organization. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership, and effective communication. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Essential duties and responsibilities include developing and executing project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals; leading cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment; monitoring project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies; engaging with senior-level management, business stakeholders, and technical teams; collaborating with vendors and third-party service providers; demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias; and all other duties as assigned.

Expectations of the job include a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with no travel required.

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities include a bachelor's degree strongly preferred, 7+ years of project management experience, proficiency in project management methodologies, and the ability to collaborate with external vendors and manage vendor relationships. Preferred qualifications include the ability to identify and manage project risks effectively, lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and influence decision making; and basic knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure.

Physical and mental demands include frequent reaching, grasping, standing, and sitting for long periods of time, walking, talking, and hearing; occasionally lifting and moving up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
