**Compensation:** Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Korte & Associates is a growing Florida law firm representing tenants in eviction, security deposit, and habitability matters. We are seeking a professional, motivated Client Enrollment Specialist to handle consultations with prospective clients, evaluate their legal matter, and guide qualified clients through the firm's intake and enrollment process.

We will train the right candidate on Florida landlord-tenant law. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who can learn quickly and build trust with prospective clients.

* Professional and confident telephone presence
* Strong listening and critical thinking skills
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable discussing fees and asking clients to retain the firm
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
* Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet performance goals
* Ability to remain calm and professional in emotionally charged conversations

### Preferred Experience

* Legal intake or client intake
* Consultative sales or client enrollment
* Customer service in a professional environment
* Financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other client-facing professional roles

Previous legal experience is preferred but **not required**. We are willing to train an exceptional candidate with the right communication skills, professionalism, and work ethic.
