This well-established OBGYN practice is seeking an associate to join their team on the campus of The Woman's Hospital of Texas in Houston, Texas. Qualifications:
• Team player with a good work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to join a collegial environment Opportunity:
• x4 OBGYNs in group
• Clinic x4 days/week; Surgery x1 day/week
• Approximately 15 deliveries/month
• Practice call 1:6
• Patient-first culture
• Tenured staff of physician extenders and support staff
• On-site ultrasound tech
• In-house lab
• From Day 1, busy with a book of business
• Physicians love to mentor!
• Moving into brand new offices on the hospital campus
• This is an opportunity to grow intellectually and professionally Incentive/Benefits Package:
• Guaranteed base salary (first year guarantee from Hospital with 36-month Forgiveness)
• plus bonuses
• Employed by the practice
• Comprehensive benefits package includes health/vision/dental
• Paid malpractice
• CME/Dues/Subscription allowance
• Relocation allowance
• Texas has tort reform and No state income taxes
