Responsibilities Provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals for targeted client populations, ensuring delivery of high‑quality and cost‑effective health care in compliance with the mission, vision and values of UHS and with applicable regulatory requirements. Current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE‑I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW). At least two years of psychiatric treatment experience preferred, including individual, group, and family therapy. Knowledge of Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents, and adults preferred. Basic knowledge of educational, psychological, and social service systems related to special education and behavior treatment preferred.
