About the Role This Content Marketing & Marketing Automation Specialist role focuses on creating multi-channel B2B content and managing campaigns from strategy through ROI measurement. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B copywriting, content strategy, Salesforce, and Account Engagement, with the ability to turn complex solutions into compelling content and campaigns that generate qualified leads. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills for B2B audiences. Working knowledge of content strategy, B2B buyer journeys, lead generation, and lead nurturing. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms. Experience with WordPress (or similar CMS) and familiarity with content development tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva. Practical understanding of SEO, website content structure, calls to action, landing pages, and conversion best practices.
