Bilingual Call Center Agent - CA will manage member inquiries and provide eligibility and benefit information in a remote, full-time capacity, utilizing an automated system to address calls and document interactions in a CRM solution. Key responsibilities Respond to basic to moderately complex member questions and forward calls as necessary Research inquiries and document call details in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) Conduct outbound calls to members based on customer direction or business needs Required qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D At least 6 months of customer service or telephone experience; dental experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English is required Experience with computer software and telephone technology, including help desk software Completion of the Harver Assessment during the interview process
