Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including tea, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems to process retail sales transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including food handling, sanitation, and equipment upkeep Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and provide friendly, attentive service Manage cash handling accurately by processing cash transactions and giving correct change Ensure food safety standards are met through proper food preparation and handling procedures Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively to deliver prompt service Requirements Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques and boba, matcha, or fruit tea experience is highly desirable Ability to operate POS systems confidently Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Join us to bring energy, passion, and exceptional service to every guest!
