This is a full-time remote position based in Rialto, California, offering competitive compensation in the range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, along with a $3000 sign-on bonus. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to meet clients' needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans. \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by completing required documentation accurately and within prescribed timelines. \n
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to foster better client outcomes. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans and strategies. \n
- Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high standards of care. \n
- Serve as a vital liaison among various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support for our clients. \n
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels that uphold our mission and meet contract standards. \n
- Build relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote our programs and identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities. \n
- Engage in continuous personal and professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings. \n
- Embrace and advocate for the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions. \n
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance departmental operations. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing emotional challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering resilience and promoting recovery, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that respects their unique experiences and needs.

- A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required. \n
- Possession of an independent LPCC license valid in California is mandatory. \n

- Experience in outpatient mental health services, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices. \n
- Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and experience working with various mental health populations. \n
- Strong communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. \n
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, alongside additional compensation options such as monthly productivity bonuses.
