Title Registered Dental Hygienist Job Description Clinical Excellence: Conduct thorough cleanings, periodontal evaluations, and preventive treatments (fluoride and sealants). Patient Advocacy: Provide personalized education on oral hygiene practices and home-care techniques. Collaborative Planning: Partner with the doctor to develop and implement long-term patient care strategies. Integrity & Safety: Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to the highest infection control protocols. Salary Range part-time $170,000 - $190,000 per year - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Flexible work schedule Requirements Cosmetic Dentistry Dentrix Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) General Dentistry Licensed dental hygienist iTero Education: Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Licensure: Valid Texas Dental Hygiene license. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport with patients. Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
