Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time Service Plumber to go out to clients' homes to perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and make all necessary repairs to plumbing fixtures and systems. Our Plumber tackles problems before they get worse and works efficiently to solve emerging issues within plumbing systems. To assist you, we provide a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month.

Our Service Plumber earns $50,000-$100,000/year including commissions and bonuses. We pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially, increasing up to 4 weeks as you grow with the company, in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacations, paid holidays, and quarterly company events. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVICE PLUMBER

• Current plumbing license
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Availability for after-hours emergency service according to the on-call schedule
