Job Details We need a passionate, hardworking, experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to assist with new business growth in one of our local offices. We have over 65 locations in 17+ states and access to 150+ carriers for higher retention and close rates. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental benefits Uncapped commission opportunity Competitive base pay Training Paid time off (accrues immediately) 401(k) with employer matching Paid holidays Responsibilities Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, and other products Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, products, and common sales objections Become familiar with products, services, and systems; participate in training Meet monthly sales quotas by following set processes Contribute to individual goals and agency success through new business, cross‑selling, and new initiatives Utilize multiple resources to ensure success (inbound/outbound calls, referral partners, marketing, social media, account rounding) Requirements Property and Casualty insurance license required Sales experience (preferred) Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Good operational computing skills/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet browsers) Confident self‑starter who works well independently Strong problem‑solving capabilities Ability to multi‑task Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
