PostHog is hiring a Customer Success professional to serve a portfolio of 25-40 paying customers with $20k-$100k+ ARR. You will foster relationships, own feedback, and help customers succeed with the platform. You’ll troubleshoot issues, advise on configuration and usage, and stay highly responsive across Slack, tickets and email to prevent churn.
