Registered Nurse – ER

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Must be open to working weekends, likely exceeding every other weekend to meet unit needs. Holiday requests for time off cannot be guaranteed. Guaranteed hours may be called off once per two-week pay period.

Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in the specialty, with a preference for 2 years. Must have experience in stroke care. Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS. Preferred certifications: TNCC and CEN or CPN. EPIC experience highly preferred. Local radius for candidates is 50 miles.

Provide patient care in a high-acuity, high-volume emergency room. Handle a diverse caseload for all ages, with a focus on adult and geriatric patients. Assist with cases including respiratory, stroke, abdominal pain, cardiac, and sepsis. Transport pediatric patients to a designated facility as needed. Float between like units, including tele and ICU holds, as necessary.
