Senior SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d) – Remote innerhalb Deutschlands
Für ein etabliertes, deutschlandweit tätiges Beratungsunternehmen im digitalen HR-Umfeld suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich SAP HCM.
Deine Rolle
In dieser Position übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP-HCM-Lösungen mit Fokus auf Payroll und Personaladministration. Dein Arbeitsalltag ist vielseitig und geprägt von enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen.
Dein Profil
Das solltest du mitbringen:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der SAP-HCM-Beratung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Modulen PA und PY (weitere Module von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung im Customizing und in der Prozessgestaltung
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
- Wohnsitz in Deutschland
Von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in (Teil-)Projektleitung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Schemen und Regeln
- Praxis in der Entgeltabrechnung
