AP Coordinator - Expense

Randstad is partnering with a premier employer in the Burlington, NJ area to add two Accounts Payable Specialists to their growing finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in day-to-day high-volume AP processing, vendor payment validation, and an exciting ongoing P2P system rollout. Responsibilities

• Invoice & PO Matching: Review, batch, and process PO-related invoices (typically 2–10 per batch) in Oracle R12, ensuring line-by-line validation against purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Daily Workflow & System Rollout : Execute standard daily SOPs, including generating, naming, and validating processing files as our client transitions to a new Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform.
• Issue Resolution: Research and resolve vendor disputes, statement discrepancies, and aged invoices in a timely manner.
• Compliance & Controls : Adhere to established departmental workflows, guidelines, and internal SOX control procedures.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build positive working relationships with vendors, internal departments, and management.
• Reporting : Assist with monthly accounts payable deliverables and ad-hoc reporting tasks for leadership.
