• Innovate & Update: Refresh and modernize marketing materials to engage our diverse customer base.
• Drive Results: Manage program inboxes and coordinate with project teams to resolve missing materials and invoices.
• Optimize Workflows: Utilize Salesforce to assign, review, and execute critical program tasks.
• Ensure Accuracy: Review and streamline rebate requests, serving as the essential link to our processing groups.

What You Bring: We value proactive individuals ready to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.

• Education: Degree or 3+ years working as an Marketing Assistant in a Utility or Regulated Industry.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, Adobe Pro, Bluebeam is essential; experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms is a significant plus.
• Core Strengths: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mentality.
• Industry Interest: A passion for utilities, regulatory environments, or customer service.
