Senior Clinical Data Management Report Developer

About This Role Senior Clinical Data Management Report Developer responsible for development and maintenance of reports for clinical trials, loading data into the data warehouse, programming custom mappings, and building custom visualizations for ongoing clinical data review. Responsibilities Develop Standard Reports catalog (e.g., exception listings, clean patient tracker, DM metrics, coding listings). Collaborate on automation projects and data review study implementations, including real‑time visualization solutions. Serve as the point of contact for assigned projects, attend meetings, provide constructive feedback, and manage project timelines. Support data managers in specification development for data review listings and data visualization solutions. Use an analytical approach to solve problems, manage multiple tasks, and provide training materials as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in report and visualization development (e.g., Spotfire, Qlik, Tableau) within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Strong SQL skills in a clinical data management environment. In‑depth knowledge of visualization design, end‑to‑end data flow in clinical data management, and CDISC/SDTM standards. Experience with data management reports and listings such as Clean Patient Tracker, DM Metrics, coding listings. High attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and strong written and oral communication skills. Proven leadership, problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and team‑building skills. Knowledge of GCP and related regulations. Preferred Skills Experience with SAS, R, and Python. Job Level Professional Compensation Annual base salary range: $93,000.00 – $121,000.00 (location dependent). Eligible for short‑term and long‑term incentives including cash bonus and equity.
