Job Description

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Quality Engineer in Louisville, KY.

Duties:

• Perform and lead tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.

• Create test data for applications.

• Document and work to resolve all complex problems.

• Report progress on problem resolution to management.

• Devise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations.

• Act as information resource about assigned areas to technical writers.

• Perform complex work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements.

This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, QA Analyst, or related occupation.

This role requires 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Software Testing and Quality Assurance;

• Root Cause Analysis;

• Workflow Analysis and Process Improvement;

• qTest;

• Selenium;

• Test Automation identification and implementation;

• Java;

• C#;

• Back-end and Front-end system testing including Windows, Mac, or Firefox operating systems; and

• User platform and interface testing with Mobile Android, Mobile iOS, and Desktop.
