Licensed or Certified Addictions Counselor - Outpatient Services Full Time, Main Campus Mill Spring, NC, US Pavillon's outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program located in Mill Spring, North Carolina seeks a full‑time licensed or certified Outpatient Counselor. Hybrid work schedule. Job Responsibilities: Conduct assessment and provide education, counseling, and therapy for clients in individual and/or group settings. Apply all 12 core functions of substance abuse counseling, with emphasis on assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and didactic presentations. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field. State licensure/certification in addiction counseling or working toward licensure. At least 3 years of experience in the addiction or substance use disorder field (preferred). Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
