LPN/LVN - Med Surg

Join an Outpatient Oncology Clinic as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment working four 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The LPN will support a multidisciplinary oncology team providing care to adult patients receiving medical oncology, chemotherapy infusion, hematology, and bone marrow transplant services. This role requires strong ambulatory clinic experience, oncology knowledge, and proficiency with Epic Ambulatory documentation.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of nursing experience required
• 1+ year of current Oncology experience required
• Previous travel assignment experience required (minimum one completed 13-week assignment)
• Active LPN License required
• BLS Certification required
• Epic Ambulatory experience required
• Outpatient clinic experience required
• Experience rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, medication reconciliation, and chart reviews required
• Experience assisting providers during exams and procedures required
• Ability to process referrals, obtain orders, and coordinate infusion clearances required
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility
• No weekends or call required
