Candidates will be aligned to a territory anchored in one of the three listed markets. This role is built for self‑directed craft professionals who take pride in diagnosing the real issue, completing finish‑sensitive repairs correctly the first time, and leaving customers confident in the work. The mandate is straightforward: create reliable in‑house repair coverage by safely diagnosing and repairing ABG products right the first time, completing standard work within the 14‑day service expectation, reducing avoidable callbacks and external warranty cost, and improving the customer experience. What You Will Own Diagnose product and service issues, distinguish manufacturing defects from installation or adjacent‑system conditions, and choose the appropriate repair path. Perform hands‑on structural and finish‑sensitive repairs using approved tools, materials, preparation methods, and quality checks. Plan daily schedules and travel across an assigned regional territory anchored in the Abilene, Dallas, or Austin market, accounting for urgency, customer availability, materials, and repair complexity. Maintain the vehicle, tools, repair materials, and inventory needed to complete assigned work reliably. Protect occupied homes, job sites, warehouses, and customer spaces through disciplined setup, containment, housekeeping, cleanup, and professional conduct. Document each job with accurate notes, before‑and‑after photos, materials used, customer sign‑off, status updates, and timely escalation when scope or conditions change. What Success Looks Like Repairs are completed correctly the first time, with a finish and structural standard that prevents workmanship‑related callbacks. Standard service work is driven to closure within the 14‑day expectation, with delays communicated before they become surprises. The assigned territory is managed independently, without daily onsite supervision or repeated reminders. Customers understand the work, see that their environment was protected, and provide confirmation or sign‑off at completion. Remote leaders and warranty partners have a complete, defensible record of diagnosis, repair, materials, photos, status, and closure. What You Bring Direct bathware experience is not required. Practical repair evidence is. Strong backgrounds may come from fiberglass or acrylic repair, automotive or marine body work, painting and refinishing, plumbing repair, installation, maintenance, or another transferable hands‑on craft. Demonstrated hands‑on repair craftsmanship, including preparation, tool and material selection, defect correction, and final quality inspection. A repeatable troubleshooting approach that moves from symptoms and observations to root cause, repair choice, and confirmation of resolution. Experience owning a mobile, route, field‑service, installation, maintenance, or independent project workload with limited daily supervision. Professional customer communication and the judgment to manage difficult conversations, scope questions, and escalation calmly. Dependable email, photo, work‑order, inventory, and status documentation from assignment through closure. A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, subject to required HR and Fleet verification. Willingness to complete the required practical repair and tool assessment. Field, Travel & Safety Expectations This is a field‑based territory role, not a remote desk position or a fixed‑site schedule. The role requires regional driving, travel outside the assigned territory, and overnight stays when needed. Work may occur in occupied homes, job sites, warehouses, builder or plumber environments, and other finish‑sensitive customer settings. The work requires safe use of power tools, chemicals, PPE, respirators where applicable, and disciplined dust, fume, and workspace controls. Candidates must be able to meet the role's physical demands, including lifting, kneeling, and work in confined or restricted spaces, through the company's compliant HR/EHS confirmation process. Starting rate: $22.00 per hour. This role typically operates within a 40–50‑hour weekly reality, with travel outside the assigned territory and overnight stays when business needs require.
