Location: Buford, GA
Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation

• Starting at $18.00/hour and up based on experience
• Stable, full-time employment
• Overtime available occasionally (not mandatory)

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Consistent first-shift schedule

Overview

We are seeking a Production Associate to support assembly and brazing operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assembling metal components, performing brazing operations, and ensuring products meet quality and performance standards.

Previous brazing experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train mechanically inclined individuals who have manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production experience and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal tubing and component parts according to work instructions
• Perform brazing operations on copper and other metal components
• Follow written work instructions, procedures, and quality standards
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
• Assist with other manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality

Preferred

• Manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production experience
• Previous brazing, soldering, welding, or torch experience
• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
