We're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team and provide exceptional primary and ambulatory care to our residents and employees. What You'll Do As an advanced practice provider, you'll serve as a trusted healthcare partner by delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. Your responsibilities will include: Providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic health conditions. Performing comprehensive physical examinations and preventive health screenings. Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and diagnostic studies. Prescribing medications and treatments within your scope of practice. Coordinating referrals and collaborating with physicians and specialists when appropriate. Conducting follow-up visits to ensure continuity of care Making occasional house calls when needed. Supporting wellness initiatives through health education, screenings, immunizations, and preventive care programs. Performing employee health services including pre-employment physicals, TB testing, and workplace injury evaluations. Serving as a clinical resource for residents, staff, and leadership. Maintaining accurate medical documentation and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. An excellent communicator and educator. Organized, detail-oriented, and clinically confident. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Passionate about preventive medicine and whole-person care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Current state licensure and authorization to practice. Current Registered Nurse license (for Nurse Practitioner candidates). Approval by the appropriate state licensing boards to perform medical acts. Master's degree preferred. Previous clinical, counseling, or patient education experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to safely assist residents, including lifting or supporting up to 100 pounds when necessary. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds during routine job duties. Ability to work in a healthcare environment with potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, environmental conditions, and other clinical hazards. Why Join Us?
