Auto-Chlor is Hiring an Appliance Assembler – Join Our Oakland, CA team!
Looking for a hands-on role where your mechanical skills make a real impact? Auto-Chlor is searching for a motivated Appliance Assembler to join our growing team. Pay Range
$23 per hour
$47,000 - $57,000 per year or more
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime opportunities available as needed.
What You'll Do
We’re seeking a mechanically minded individual who enjoys working with their hands. In this role, you’ll help restore and maintain our commercial dishwashing equipment so it performs reliably for customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble dishwashing equipment and identify reusable components
- Refurbish and rebuild machines to company standards
- Conduct performance and quality checks to ensure proper operation
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repairs
- Apply creative problem-solving when troubleshooting equipment
- Cross train on equipment installations and service maintenance calls
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
- Mechanically inclined with comfort using hand tools preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation when needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
