About the Role
Our Small Commercial Operations team needs professionals who excel at analyzing risks, conducting evaluations, performing diverse duties, and maintaining key relationships. This super journey level position involves handling the most varied and complex work assignments with greater independence than typical workers' compensation positions. You'll be responsible for performing diversified responsibilities relating to the success of the Small Commercial Operations team, including handling the most sensitive client contacts.

Working Conditions


The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.

Special Requirements
Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee's monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract.
