Pharmacy Customer Care Specialist

Talentify

Talentify in the United States is seeking a customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, and verify physician orders while documenting interactions in our systems. The role also involves data entry and understanding pharmacy terminology to help customers accurately with their needs.
