Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to patient well-being during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct patient care within the Medical Surgical unit, following established protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Float to similar units as needed, ensuring continuity of care.
• Complete onsite modules during orientation to meet facility requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid OK or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of one year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Be willing to work night shifts (3x12 hours) with weekend rotations.
• Demonstrate ability to float and adapt to different units when required.
• Exhibit excellent communication and clinical assessment skills.
