HR Coordinator III

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions and complex job, compensation, location, and termination changes in Workday
• Support I-9 administration, including scheduling, verification, reverification, and recurring audits
• Support separation-related processes and documentation across the US, Canada, and LATAM
• Support sign-on, retention, and repayment-related processes and documentation
• Conduct recurring employee data, location, equity, and compliance audits; resolve discrepancies
• Provide operational support for select regional processes, including Brazil-specific employee administration
• Perform other People Operations responsibilities as assigned based on business needs

Experience Required

• Experience in People Operations or a similar role
• Workday experience required
• Experience with I-9 verifications – preferred
• Experience with HR compliance, audits, and employee data management – preferred
