This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Greenville, SC, with three days onsite and two days that can be completed remotely from home each week.

Who We Are Looking For:

The Senior Packaging Designer is responsible for the creative development, execution, and production of packaging artwork across the company's apparel, accessories, and hard goods portfolio. This role creates consumer-facing packaging graphics, retail displays, product mockups, and production-ready artwork that strengthen brand identity while supporting merchandising, marketing, and retailer objectives. This role works closely with the Packaging Manager and cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Sales, Product Development, Compliance, Sourcing, and global teams.

What You'll Do:

· Design and develop packaging a brand concepts, guidelines, production-ready files, and standards.

· Ensure packaging meets retailer and compliance requirements.

· Maintain databases and operational documentation for packaging.

· Serve as the creative contact for factories and suppliers.

· Support sustainability initiatives, innovation, and continuous improvement through consumer insights, trends, retail merchandising, and emerging graphic design techniques.

Position Qualification Requirements:

Education/Experiences:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

· 4–7 years of experience in packaging or brand design, preferably within retail, private-label, and/or licensed brands

· Experience collaborating cross-functionally and coordinating packaging artwork approvals with vendors and international factories

· Strong understanding of retail packaging standards, production processes, and brand guidelines

· A strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design expertise, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail is required

Technical Skills:

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Strong working knowledge of packaging structural/dieline files and print production processes

· Familiarity with 3D modeling or CAD software preferred

· Experience with PLM and related product development systems preferred

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Sourcing, and external partners

· Strong brand stewardship with the ability to maintain consistency across multiple brands and retail partners

· Adaptable, self-directed, and able to effectively manage projects from concept through execution

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer

· Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
