Job Responsibilities:

Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due invoices.

Process incoming payments and accurately apply them to customer accounts.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions, adjustments, and collections efforts.

Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries.

Prepare and analyze AR reports, including aging reports and cash receipts forecasting.

Assist in month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
