While your dedicated recruiter will serve as your primary contact, they are supported by numerous specialized teams. • Provide call coverage for 3-7 days each month.
• Manage an average of 15 patients during a 24-hour call period.
• Respond to in-house calls within a 15-minute timeframe.
• Perform general neurosurgery and trauma procedures.
• Conduct spinal surgeries without instrumentation.
• Round on adult patients only; no pediatric or neonatal care.
• Oversee 8 neuro ICU beds.

• Experience in general neurosurgery and trauma.
• Ability to perform spinal surgeries without instrumentation.
• Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient rounding.

This position involves in-house call duties and requires a quick response time to patient needs. You will be working primarily with adult patients in a neuro ICU setting.
