Why Aerospace Professionals Choose AAA USA:Competitive PayOvertime OpportunitiesLong-Term Aerospace ProgramsRelocation Assistance AvailableReferral ProgramsMedical, Dental & Vision Benefits401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysEssential Functions:Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft avionics and electrical systems.Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft navigation, communication, radar, flight control, and in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems.Diagnose electrical and avionics system discrepancies using test equipment, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.Read and interpret aircraft wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals.Perform operational and functional testing to verify proper system performance.Support aircraft inspections, modifications, repairs, and return-to-service activities.Coordinate with mechanics and other maintenance personnel to troubleshoot aircraft system discrepancies.Assist with aircraft pre-delivery inspections, functional checks, and taxi inspections as required.Complete maintenance documentation in accordance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company procedures.Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards while supporting production schedules.Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required.2+ years of aircraft avionics, aircraft electrical, or aerospace maintenance experience.Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft avionics and electrical systems.Ability to read and interpret aircraft wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.Experience using electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools.Commercial aircraft, military aircraft, MRO, manufacturing, or aircraft maintenance experience accepted.Strong troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.Ability to work in physically demanding aerospace environments.Must be eligible to work in the United States.Preferred Experience:Commercial Aircraft MaintenanceAircraft AvionicsAircraft Electrical SystemsAircraft Navigation SystemsAircraft Communication SystemsFlight Control SystemsAircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)Aircraft Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
