A combined room-count of nearly 200 rooms and suites allows us to create a memorable experience for any occasion!We are currently hiring Banquet Servers, Bartenders, and Housemen to support our events and banquet operations. These roles are responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring seamless event execution, and maintaining a polished and welcoming environment for all guests.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesSet up banquet and event spaces according to floor plans and specificationsArrange tables, chairs, linens, and event equipment accuratelyGreet guests and provide attentive, professional serviceServe food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner (Servers/Bartenders)Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with standards (Bartenders)Monitor and replenish food and beverage stationsAssist with transporting equipment, setup, and breakdown (Housemen)Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout eventsCollaborate with kitchen and event teams to ensure proper timing of serviceAddress guest requests and resolve concerns promptlyMaintain compliance with all health and safety standardsUphold a professional appearance and positive attitude at all timesAssist with post-event cleanup and resetRequired QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality roleStrong knowledge of banquet and event service proceduresExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environmentHotel Villagio & Vintage House offer an attractive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
