We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing Atlanta team. This attorney will work across a diverse caseload, including general liability, premises liability, and transportation matters. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong initiative, excellent writing skills, and a commitment to professional growth. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of general liability, premises liability, and transportation files. Draft discovery, motions, and other legal documents; conduct document review and case triage. Participate in depositions and motion practice early in your tenure. Engage in trial preparation, with opportunities to attend trials. Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to building a strong office culture. Take ownership of files and follow established processes and training protocols. Qualifications Exceptional writing and analytical skills. Ability to learn niche areas of law and adapt to varied practice areas. Strong sense of personal accountability and confidence to handle depositions and hearings. Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to a collaborative office culture.
