Vice President of Growth Marketing

To drive innovative growth strategies, the full-time remote Vice President of Growth Marketing will design and manage an AI-native performance system for customer acquisition, overseeing both clinical care and e-commerce product lines while ensuring effective budget management and team development. Key responsibilities Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies across all paid channels, from awareness-building to conversion-focused efforts Manage the paid acquisition strategy and budget across performance channels, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance metrics Build and oversee an external network of paid media specialists and performance agencies to enhance team capacity and effectiveness Required qualifications Proven experience in designing and implementing AI-native acquisition systems Fluency in full-funnel media strategies and dual acquisition models, particularly in healthcare and e-commerce Demonstrated ability to manage budgets across diverse channels and optimize for both awareness and conversion Experience in DTC health or subscription consumer markets with a focus on creative performance Strong executive communication skills, capable of presenting strategies and performance metrics to stakeholders and investors
