Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0830-1630
• Split assignment between 2 facilities in Ottawa, IL, approximately 15 minutes apart
• Work setting includes a high skilled caseload with quick turnaround and a high rate of return-to-home patients, plus a long-term care population with some skilled residents
