Inventory Coordinator

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $20/hour
Benefits:

About the Role
We're looking for someone who can bring order to a busy, ever-changing warehouse environment without losing their cool. This isn't a sit-and-sort role — parts move, priorities shift, and people will occasionally create beautiful chaos. Your job is to stay on top of it all, keep inventory accurate, and adapt without missing a beat.

What You'll Do
- Track and maintain accurate inventory records in real time
- Perform cycle counts and run down discrepancies until they're resolved
- Organize and reorganize warehouse and storage areas as needs shift
- Classify and sort parts across multiple categories — core, repair, and tested-good
- Collaborate daily with logistics, repair, and assembly teams
- Jump between areas and tasks as priorities arise
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and speak up about them
What We're Looking For
- Someone who stays organized even when things around them aren't
- Comfortable with a fast pace and a constantly shifting to-do list
- Detail-oriented without being rigid — you can hold the standard while rolling with the punches
- A good communicator who works well across teams
- Basic computer skills (Windows, typing, email)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable moving around a warehouse environment
- 1+ years of inventory, warehouse, or operations experience preferred — but the right attitude matters more
- High school diploma or equivalent; must pass a background check
