We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and committed companion/ wingman to provide social support and companionship to 22 y/o adult on autism spectrum, high functioning.

About the Role:
This per diem position focuses on helping Ethan build confidence and meaningful social connections through consistent companionship. Outings may include going to the gym, attending dance classes, visiting coffee shops or restaurants, participating in community events, and other activities based on Ethan's interests.

Schedule:

• Per diem (as needed)
• Flexible availability required
• Late hours and weekend availability required

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, nonjudgmental companionship
• Experience with the individuals on autism spectrum
• Engage with Ethan during community outings
• Encourage positive social interactions
• Assist with transportation when needed

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and engaging
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to commit for at least one year
• Must pass required background clearances

Compensation:

• $50/hour
• Mileage reimbursement when transporting Ethan
