This is a hybrid role where creative meets analytical. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling ad campaigns that drive real business results across TikTok, Meta (FB/IG), and YouTube. Responsibilities Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube Translate client goals into audience-first media strategies with full-funnel structure (Awareness > Consideration > Conversion) Develop A/B tests across copy, creatives, hooks, formats, and placements Audience Building & Segmentation Build audience segments: interest-based, lookalikes, custom, and retargeting Set up and manage pixel tracking, events, and conversion APIs Strategically refresh creatives and audiences to prevent fatigue Campaign Reporting & Analysis Monitor key performance metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for internal and client teams Recommend optimizations to improve ROI and scale efficiently Collaborate with creative teams to brief ad angles, hooks, and visuals Join client calls to present campaign results, trends, and scaling roadmaps Stay on top of platform updates and emerging paid media trends Required Skills 3+ years of experience running paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Deep understanding of funnel strategy, performance metrics, and ad psychology Proficient in Ads Manager platforms, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking setup Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Hyros, or attribution platforms At Trendset, we power viral growth through creator partnerships, TikTok Shop strategy, and platform-native content that converts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trendset
