Job Description Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, philosophy or a related field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of curiosity, proactiveness, and a self-starter Passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to learn. Experience with SAP ERP systems, including data extraction, analytics, and reporting. Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and machine learning. Understanding basic statistical modeling and data visualization. Candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. The position is an Austin-based, onsite role. Key Job Responsibilities – Job role 1 (2 + yrs experience) Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions. Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Develop and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI-driven solutions. Design interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and product managers. Utilize Python, R, and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and solution development.
