Principal, EV Technical Talent Acquisition

At Gotion, we're building the next generation of EV and Energy Storage engineering capability across North America. We're looking for a Principal, EV Technical Talent Acquisition to help us build one of the strongest engineering teams in the industry. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We're looking for someone who is passionate about identifying and engaging world‑class engineering talent. You will personally lead executive search and technical recruiting for critical EV engineering positions, including: Battery Systems Mechanical / Structural Engineering Electrical Engineering Thermal Management CAE / Simulation Technical Fellows Principal Engineers You'll work directly with engineering leadership to identify, approach, and recruit exceptional technical talent from companies such as: Tesla Rivian Lucid Scout Motors GM Ford BMW Magna AVL FEV What we’re looking for Proven success recruiting senior EV technical talent Strong direct sourcing and executive search capability Deep understanding of the North American automotive engineering market Passion for building engineering organizations—not simply filling positions This is a hands‑on individual contributor role . You’ll personally drive talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, executive recruiting, and offer closing for our most strategic engineering hires.
