Automotive Maintenance TechnicianEnterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Maintenance Technician! The Maintenance Technician performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service according to company policy and procedures. The position requires the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative, as well as performing all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our quality standards. Minimal customer interaction involved.This position is located at our Service Center - 7001 Essington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19153.We offer hourly pay - we are not a flat rate shop, get paid for the time you work. The hourly rate is $21.00 / hour. You can earn additional pay as you gain additional certifications, which we help you achieve! You can earn an extra $1.50 / hour for each ASE certification. $500 too allowance every year!We offer a robust Total Rewards Package including, but not limited to:Paid Time Off, starting with 5 days upon hire and receiving a total of 12 days your first year, plus 6 holidays.Health, Dental, Vision insurance; Life Insurance; Prescription coverageEmployee discounts on car rentals, car purchases, and much more!401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharingPaid ASE TestingSchedule (40 hours per week): Sunday-Thursday 11:00PM-7:00AMResponsibilitiesPerform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levelsPerform preventive maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) service according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelinesRepair and replace tiresReplace wearable parts (i.e. bulbs, wipers)Complete required manufacturer's training and perform warranty and recall repairs.Complete ADA installs as required upon completion of training.Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a repair order (RO) to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repairProvide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.Comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.Utilize multiple manufacturers' websites, software and diagnostic tools.May process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation or buy-backs. Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standardsRequires ability to perform manual labor, such as, bending, kneeling, crouching, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.Limited to light physical effort is required including the handling of average-weight objects (up to 35 pounds).Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as required.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Must have a valid driver's license.Must have a valid PA State Inspection and Emissions license.Must have 1 year of Technical education or 1 year of mechanical work experience.*PREFERRED, but not required* 1 current and valid ASE or OEM certificationMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test.Must be able to work listed schedule.
