Performance Objectives
- Design and execute directional drilling plans to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with our client's engineering standards.
- Monitor drilling operations in real time, making necessary adjustments to maintain precision and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure seamless integration of drilling activities into overall project workflows.
- Utilize advanced drilling software and technology to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address potential operational challenges.
- Lead and mentor a team of drilling technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Document and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability in all drilling operations.

Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in directional drilling with a minimum of 5 years in telecommunications-related projects.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively coordinate with diverse onsite teams.
- Recognized industry certifications, such as IWCF or equivalent, preferred.
