Ad-vance Talent Solutions is currently hiring a Team Lead for a manufacturing facility in Lakeland, FL. We're looking for a motivated leader with manufacturing experience who is committed to safety, quality, and meeting production goals.
- Lead daily production activities to meet customer demand and production schedules.
- Train and coach, production employees on procedures and quality standards.
- Assign work, monitor performance, and support production goals.
- Troubleshoot production, quality, equipment, and material issues.
- Work with Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve production concerns.
- Update production metrics and maintain accurate documentation.
- Perform daily QAD transactions, including work orders and inventory activities.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all GMP and company procedures.
- Fill in for the Production Manager as needed.
- Previous manufacturing Team Lead or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with QAD or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Temperature-controlled clean room.
- Standing and walking for 8-10-hour shifts.
- Must follow gowning procedures and GMP requirements.
