Director Communications & Change Management Strategy

Sets the enterprise strategic direction for internal communications and change management, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and culture and long term business objectives. Influences culture, drives transformation, and ensures employees are informed, inspired, and equipped to adapt to change. Leads the internal communication and change management functions, setting direction, managing resources, and mentoring team members. Responsible for crisis communication planning, change communication strategies, and executive visibility programs. Has specialized skill set and proficiency with procedures and analysis techniques.
