Job Title Assistant/Senior Assistant/Associate Director, Undergraduate Admission Responsibilities Manage a territory by outreach to high schools, prospective students/families, and alumni, including seasonal travel to approximately 75 high schools within assigned recruitment territories (domestic and international). Speak at evening programs, coordinate alumni meetings, lead admission‑based workshops, and attend professional conferences. Review approximately 1,800–1,900 first‑year applications between mid‑October and mid‑March, with occasional evening and weekend work. Conduct information sessions on and off campus; assist with hospitality for all admission guests visiting Boston College. Engage in recruitment and enrollment, seeking attractive candidates from diverse student populations. Leverage international recruitment experience in the Far East and India and/or experience or interest in campus programming, event planning, and yield management. Use Slate CRM for technical and project management as needed. Perform additional duties such as phone coverage, open house programs, meetings/committees, and mentoring current students as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Enthusiasm for representing Boston College to prospective students, families, and school counselors. Commitment to recruiting, enrolling, retaining, mentoring, and engaging with students from a wide range of backgrounds. Ability to communicate Boston College’s distinctive Catholic, Jesuit mission effectively. Excellent time‑management, communication, public‑speaking, and writing skills. At least two years of prior admission experience or comparable work experience in higher education or a related profession is preferred. Salary Associate Director: $72,450 – $90,550 (5+ years related professional experience) Senior Assistant Director: $65,550 – $81,950 (3–5 years related professional experience) Assistant Director: $59,400 – $74,250 (1–3 years experience) Benefits Tuition remission for employees.
