Holy Trinity Family and Child Counseling Services is seeking talented and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dedicated team in either full-time or part-time capacities. This remote position allows you to offer personalized and evidence-based therapy to clients experiencing various mental health challenges. A competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year will be offered, commensurate with your experience and caseload.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges, establishing a clear understanding of their situations.

  • Deliver individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, focusing on fostering personal growth and emotional resilience.

  • Monitor and document client progress consistently, utilizing clinical notes to adjust treatment plans while ensuring client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

  • Provide teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients facing mobility challenges or residing in remote areas, broadening the reach of our services.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure that you remain at the forefront of the mental health field, continually enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base ranges from children and adolescents to adults experiencing diverse mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related challenges. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping clients navigate their challenges, develop coping strategies, and work towards overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • \n
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • \n
  • Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude are essential qualities for success in this role.
  • \n
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a flexible caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings or private practice is highly desirable.
  • \n
  • Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents is a plus.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and tools.
