Production Technician

Production TechnicianThe Production Technician is responsible for safely packaging finished products, operating packaging equipment, performing visual quality inspections, and ensuring products meet customer and company standards. This role supports production goals by maintaining efficient packaging operations while following safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.Responsibilities:Package finished products accurately and efficiently.Inspect products for quality, labeling accuracy, and packaging defects.Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to maintenance or supervision.Complete production and packaging documentation accurately.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and quality standards.Move materials and finished goods as neededConduct visual inspections of finished product.Ensure products meet or surpass the site's standards and policies.Support equipment validation, qualification, training, and troubleshooting.Follow SOP's and Work Instructions.Essential Skills:Experience working in a regulated production environment.Strong documentation and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.Work Environment:Work in a clean, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Shift options include:1st shift (7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday)2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday)3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am, Sunday - Thursday)Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
