The Role SimplePractice is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and champion our navigation and design system, treating it as a core product that serves and supercharges our entire product line. You will define the vision, prioritize the roadmap, and drive adoption of our design system. Responsibilities Define and champion the vision: Articulate a clear product vision and strategy for navigation and the design system that aligns with broader company goals. Build consensus and advocate for the system's value to secure investment. Manage the product roadmap: Own the roadmap and prioritize development of components and features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. Drive adoption and engagement: Develop and execute a communication plan to increase visibility and encourage adoption across product teams. Establish feedback loops through user interviews and surveys to keep the system relevant. Measure impact: Define key performance indicators and use qualitative and quantitative data to measure the design system's impact on efficiency, consistency, and time‑to‑market. Bridge communication: Serve as the primary liaison between design, engineering, and product teams, reducing gaps and ensuring a shared source of truth. Reduce debt and rework: Champion a component‑based approach to reduce technical debt and minimize rework across the organization. Desired Skills & Experience 6+ years of product development experience. Proven experience as a product manager, ideally with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or internal tools. Strong understanding of design systems and their role in a scaled product organization. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across disciplines. A data‑driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate value. Experience with agile development methodologies. Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
