The role requires close collaboration across Product Lines, Applications, Systems, and Segment teams to deliver differentiated solutions and compelling customer-facing collateral.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Competitive IntelligenceContinuously assess market dynamics, regulatory trends, and competitive positioning across target segments; translate insights into actionable segment strategies and roadmap priorities.Customer EngagementBuild strong relationships with key customers and ecosystem partners; represent the voice of the customer internally to influence solution development and positioning.Solution & Value CommunicationDevelop and deliver system-level, roadmap, and product presentations tailored to target applications; drive clear and compelling value propositions for customers and field teams. Lead, decide and implement Power bundling pricing for vertical segmentsPerformance & AnalyticsTrack and analyze key performance indicators including revenue, design wins, and opportunity pipeline; provide regular updates against quarterly and annual targets.Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate effectively with Product Line teams, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to ensure aligned messaging, coordinated product launches, and successful go-to-market execution.QualificationsDegree in Engineering or equivalent, with5 years’ experience in product or segment marketing (preferably in semiconductors, power electronics, or related fields)Experience or familiarity with at least one target segment: Defense/Avionics, Medical, or TelecommunicationsStrong commercial and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insight into actionable plansExcellent communication skills, with proven ability to articulate complex technical value propositions clearlySelf-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organizationDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityWillingness to travel internationally as required#LI-EC1For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
